Jók Nan Ni̋ēkēä was founded durring the early 9th century, by Ya̋chvóń Ca̋chī 'Alyssa Buble' Mpfēbónḱ Dāsh Rḗ Cúń̄r Sēr. The establishment of Jók Nan Ni̋ēkēä was plagued by a lack of willing colonists. Jók Nan Ni̋ēkēä was built using the conventions of Goblin durring the early 9th century. Naturaly, all settlmentss have their own look to them, and Jók Nan Ni̋ēkēä is no diffrent. The city's buildings feature plaster covered brickwork used to form structures with an emphasis on symmetry, proportion, geometry and the regularity of parts. Orderly arrangements of columns, pilasters and lintels, as well as the use of semicircular arches, hemispherical domes, niches and aediculae can be found everywhere such that only size of building and yard can be used to measure the general prosparity of a given building's owners due to a general wealthy feeling the style gives off.

Jók Nan Ni̋ēkēä is buildings are arranged arrounded a highly ordered system of premissive flagstone streets which form triangular paterns, allowing the incides of the octagons to be common grounds for the buildings on the edges, be it for parkland, yardspace, plazas, or markets. The city sits behind a stone-renforced palisade wall, with stone gatehouses and timber drawbridges for their trench. Unfortuantly, these would-be-castle fortifications are in extreem disrepair, so much so that one cannot tell if they are decaying from a lack of mantance or damage incured.

A look around Jók Nan Ni̋ēkēä gives you an uneasy feeling. Everything is just a little too worn down, a little too dirty, or both. No one makes eye contact. Kids play quietly, but happily. Occasionally a passerby glances at you out of the corner of their eye, staring jsut long enough for it to be uncomfortable. Beneath this surface, the people of Jók Nan Ni̋ēkēä can be overheard having academic discussions, as well as talking about scholarly subjects in general.
